It makes god sense to put Braille or some identifier on the bill so that all people can complete transaction with the knowledge that they are not being cheated.

It is the courts jurisdiction to decide that guide line need to be placed to ensure a fair and safe market place for all peoples. I hope all nations change their currency to let the blind function easier in a business transaction.

Actually the us currency has different textures thus making a different feel for each bill. If you spend some time feeling each bill a person with eyesight can learn to tell the differnce between the bills. This is why it is hard to short change the blind. They know the differnt feel of the US money.

I have never actually felt up any Canadian bills of late. We get so many coins its crazy though easy to tell the difference between them. I hardly see any bills other then a five or twenty. I have some research to do.

Well get on that research so we will know about canadian money. I also believe there is a slight difference in size in the american bills too thus adding another way for the blind to tell what they are holding.
