I found the weird thing is, even when we think we know a persons writing style we can easily perceive it differently....I mean, that's exactly what I did. I was all upset and he was not mad--surely frustrated by all the typing he had to do afterwards to explain though! *clearing throat quietly for going off yesterday*

Anyhow, after reading the posts I do realize he was simply telling us how the forum works and we needed to move over to the other thread. I should have done a better job of showing you around and when I was playing over at your house you showed interest and I was excited to have you on the board.

Rather off topic, but... I will bring a hug, some chocolate and Pepsi-Max over tomorrow and we will get over it together! DEAL?

My frustrations come from the "game" being interrupted. I do use the spell check option.. I feel attacked because I was the one in the lead of the"game" when it was so - interrupted, and the "game" post was now removed from the game area, no matter what board it was on, and so I suppose, that will end this session.

The question "count" I was referring too - again was the 21 question count.

The "Post" count I was referring too - was the number of posts on the board - which have been altered - because, according to someone, my posts in a game, do not count as much as anyone else posting on any other board. - what ever. Your board, your rules.

As far as this being accessed by anyone searching the net - yeah.. all boards are unless they are blocked.

Some people seem to think this is not an intelligent conversation. That is ok too. Apparently, I am unaware - of how I must sound. So, to clarify - the written word is sometimes the MOST difficult to decipher especially without some sort of humor to interject when something should not be taken personally or too seriously. Smiley faces, explanation points, or other sources of format that might lessen the strictness of the language is limited if not forbidden within these forums.

Someone seems to think I have taken some of these posts to heart - and others think I should not have.

I have taken it to heart not because you moved the thread - but the way it was stated. Yes I am new to this board, I was only following along with the format of the discussions I was having - all the sudden someone jumps in the middle of a topic and starts stating it is unworthy of its position within the realm of this board. In so doing, the complete topic of discussion was interrupted and now has dissolved.

Since I was in the "lead" of the conversation - and several things were pointed out that I had apparently violated the rules of this realm - I think that was directed at me - am I wrong?

I tried to contact the person directly - I could not - I was informed by messages that I needed to "upgrade" or pay - in order to contact this person. That only added to my frustration. I tried to contact a local friend who also is active on this board, and was unable to get ahold of them, so I contacted a second local person. I tried very hard not to be offended by the turn of events within the conversation - and yet - as the instructions continued, it was no longer about moving the thread - it was about posting on this board at all.

NOW - to top it all off - the same person who interfered with the original posting that did not use his own rules of "off topic" had deleted my "game" post and moved it here.

So, tell me, how can people playing the game even answer the questions if the next post containing the hints and answers has been removed?

Don't worry... Don't answer. I shall deal with it my way.

Thank you for your ever so kind instructions on how I must have been ignorant regarding the rules and regulation of this board. I shall try to do better.

I promise to fill you in and walk through the site with you. I understand how/why you feel that way but please don't lose the opportunity to stay because of this one situation. It is a great place and it's just like life--sometimes it is hard to understand but worth the time spent.

If you have time to read the link JB put above--it helped a lot for me, I actually had to read it a few times. I tried to get the game back in order for you and make it so everyone could see what you have and ask another question. Please understand we really want you to stay...and I am sure we can find other places that you will enjoy where the posts do count. OK?

Hang in there may I ask what is you favorite hobby? Perhaps you can start a thread on that. If any here are great a quilting I would love to learn more about backing and how to properly tie in that batten so it can not shift about. Also what they heck you sew denim with? Hey maybe I should be starting the thread .

I will look at the thread for the question game and get you a proper count on the questions as I think we are near 21 or over.

Canning, preserves, jerking meat, fly fishing we could use information on all this great stuff. perhaps cooking wild meat?

Sorry just tossing ideas out there as I do not know you well enough to start threads that are up you alley so as to speak.

Hang in there not all is lost. I think the 21 question game was a nice game but it really should be in the jokes or games threads. I am sure that Krakyn will open us another book to go through like he has a couple times. We just have to be patient and wait.
