Responsive Design for Both Desktop & Mobiles

Of recent I've spent many hours coming up with my own custom Responsive Design that works well with BOTH desktop screens and mobile screens (Tablets included). My responsive design does not use javascript because I believe if there is a reliance on it and the end user has it disabled or blocked your layout will suffer. Therefore my design is based on CSS and PHP code.

When you view a web page you should not have to scroll or magnify the content because you are on a mobile - it should adjust automatically. Even so, this is a huge undertaking and I am changing the codes on our pages one by one. At some point I will even tackle International Discussions but it will be last simply because its so huge!

Good way to go. So many online users are all about mobile and they expect your site to visit their tiny screen or they move on to something else.
