USA TODAY investigation: The release of deadly bacteria from high-security laboratory in Louisiana has raised concerns that it has spread to soil and water outside the facility. Federal and state officials have spent weeks trying to determine how the potential bioterror agent - which can live and grow in soil and water -- was released from the Tulane National Primate Research Center north of New Orleans.
