A judge issued a temporary injunction last week saying neither Gray nor any family or guests may smoke in the home the family has owned for 50 years. Gray's sister, Mozella Johnson, says they will fight. Ref. Source 2

Some people can really over do and if he was a chain smoker the whole house, garden just everything will smell that way. I can't blame his neighbors for taking the action.
