Verbal Protest During Conference

I was just wondering if during conference a few people got up and started disrupting the meeting by verbally protesting how will it be handled? Will security actually physically remove them? I was thinking about it because its broadcasted live.

I think that has happened before and yes they were ushered away while the focus of cameras remain on the speaker only.
