When walking on Sidewalks / Pavements in Trinidad & Tobago do you feel comfortable or is there the possibility of accident or obstruction?

This country has the worst pavements in the world. From open holes, trash, uneven paving from shoddy work and the list goes on. The worst is the lack of care about if our differently abled can access it.
