Trujillo Peru Temple
Open House Begins for the Trujillo Peru Temple
A free public open house for the Trujillo Peru Temple will begin on Friday, May 8, and go through Saturday, May 30, 2015, except Sundays, May 10, 17 and 24. The cultural celebration will be held Saturday, June 20, and the temple will be dedicated Sunday, June 21, in three sessions. After the dedication, the temple will be the 147th operating temple in the Church. Ref. Source 6

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ second temple in Peru was dedicated on Sunday, June 21, 2015. President Dieter F. Uchtdorf, second counselor in the Church’s First Presidency, presided over the services and gave the dedicatory prayer. Ref. Source 6o
