A cup of enriched cocoa may help improve the working of blood vessels in diabetic patients, research suggests.

Diabetes Cocoa

I think this is good news to diabetic patients. The fact they can get better use out of blood vessels and have then function normally is a big boost in helping them be healthier. This could lead to a diabetic patient not worrying as much about losing a limb
