What are your thoughts about Street Vending in Trinidad & Tobago? Should it be regulated, scraped or changed so that transportation arteries can be clear?

Something definitely need to be done about it. Sometimes you are trying to walk on the pavement and people are blocking your path and you can hardly pass.
