I'm assuming it's one of those kidnapping cases. This year has a high rate of them ever since the immigration/refugee transfer from the Venezuela to the island (Or at least around). I hope the government has something in place to seriously control this otherwise more money will just be stolen from ransoms or worst yet increased human trafficking.
