Whats the best way to convert a module that is not for your system to be playable within the game you are managing?

I'm pretty sure that a lot of Dungeon Masters have used old modules from other systems for part of their current games. They don't necessarily use the whole system because its foreign but just parts of it.

There are many written conversion tables that can be used but you'll need to search for them as they aren't broadcasted that much.
