Jotto Introduction

My name is James, I like playing Role-playing Game type games, the one I like the most is a text based game called Gemstone. [..] I also have a forum [..], its a treasure hunt that started in 2010. My interests include electronic design, and repair, which right now is mostly repair. I am very interested in magnetics and conservation energy, and have designed a wheel that will spin continually and has the ability to last 400 years or longer depending on depletion and of course some moving parts will need replacement in that time span. Nikola Tesla is one of my favorite people to research, if I could have 4 hours to speak to anyone I want, this would be the person I would pick.

I have a son, he is lazy and likes to play video games. We spend a lot of time together and I have him during the summers and we make trips together. Last one was the Grand Canyon for a week during his spring break. He is a good son, hasn't caused me any trouble. He does well in school and I hope he will go to college.

We have been searching for Forrest Fenn's treasure in Idaho, Wyoming, we even made a trip to Canada. The last couple of years I have planned a search but haven't went on another search because my solves weren't complete. So, we just go somewhere educational and fun. The Grand Canyon trip included a mule ride into the canyon and a bit of white water rafting, and we also took a helicopter ride. We like to camp and fish on these trips, but man do they kill you on a fishing license.

Hi Jotto! That was a very in depth introduction. You have many different areas of interest that we cater for but I don't know if you have a specific purpose that you joined for so I can point you in the right direction since you put as your reason for joining: "Hosting / Domains". Can you please tell me if it is mainly for games, parenting or to 'talk' about science?

To learn more about hosting a forum and how to gain new members. I have had it open for a few years now but getting others interested has been my down fall. I just started using Reddit and Twitter, it got more views but still not gaining much in membership at this point.

I do have a lot of interests, gaming wise I like to play this game and have been for around 20 years now. I like to read most anything and always learning every day. Two years ago I knew very little of poetry, now I can analyze a poem. I like teaching myself if it is possible. It also is great to have someone help me when it is needed.
