Guinea army to 'receive back pay'

Guinea's authorities agree to pay soldiers salaries they claim not to have received since 1996.

I think this is the right thing to do. I am sure his move to free the ones who were prisoned and increasing the amount of food they get along with the pay will bring the military under his control. I believe this will stop some of the violence that has been going on in the country.
