Vietnam Russia

The military build up in Russia and by extension China is very worrisome. We are living the cold war period all over again. If we look at what happened in Crimea we can see that the Russians are not afraid to simply take lad as they see fit, not like they don't have enough of it already. Being in Vietnam just shows the angle they are trying to take - they want to open old wounds.
