Elf Bowman says...Updated my equipment list. He is simple but equipped for his job. How much extra on attack / damage does that composite bow give me?

The Watcher from the Aether says...The only real benefit that the composite bow gives is that it allows you to add your strength damage bonus to your attacks. Since you don't have a strength damage bonus, it doesn't help you.

Elf Bowman says...What about training strength, can that be done while adventuring? For instance if I did a regime of exercises everyday how long would it take for strength to go up?

The Watcher from the Aether says...Sorry, I don't really allow for that. The idea is that your characters is already at his body's maximum. The only way to gain strength at this point, or any other attribute, is via magical means.
