All set, except that the bow is 2 attacks per round and should be +1 to hit. I allow strength bonuses to be applied to the bow only if it's a composite bow. And, only Strength or Dexterity bonus can be applied, not both.
You can jump into the story anytime you feel like it.
I took specialization in the short bow and the long sword. The book stated that you get a +2 to hit with bow with specialization then I added my +1 dexterity bonus to the bow to hit that gave me a +3. Is that correct or do I need to change that?
Okay, I didn't catch the specialization with the bow. In that case, the Combat and Tactics has the bow specialization changed to:
Characters who specialize in the bow gain a +1 bonus to hit at any range (Normal range penalties still apply, of course), an increased rate of fire, and a new range category: point-blank. Point-blank is any shot of 30 feet or less. At point-blank range, the character gains a +2 to damage. In addition, bow specialists can automatically fire first as a very fast action if they have their target covered.
Let's go with that and see how this rule plays out.
Dartimos, if you'd rather, let me know character you'd like to play and we can work out the details. That might help with your character creation. That is, if you still want to play.
Sorry, took me a little to think about what I want to play.
Ilthin is human, about 5'6" And 140 lbs. Sandy blond hair with the stubble of a beard just starting. He grew up a farm boy near the keep and as a late son of a large family, he wasn't going to inherit. So he took the king's coin and joined the guards at the keep. His enlistment is just up and he has to decide if he wants to re-enlist or make his own way.
He has decided to take a shot at adventuring since even an ogre would smell better than Sergeant Bitters.

If you'd like, you can start posting to the main game while we work out your character details.
I am working on updating the character sheet. I have updated the money and possessions. The stats are here and I will get them copied over ASAP
Not sure if your doing this thane or not just it looks like you are. When you use your thief skills it looks like you adding what your percentage is to complete the task to the d100 roll for example you have a 10 percent chance to hear a noise you do not add the 10 percent to the d100 roll that means you need to get 10 % or under on the d100 roll its the same for all your skills if you arent doing this I apologize and disregard this post
