Seeing that it smells bad in all directions he decides he would like to try east first. ", I am all for trying this way first, any objections?" He decides to wait for a brief second to see if someone objects and if no one does he starts leading the group that way.

The Dawn Seeker says... "We could let fate decide," Jonathon would offer, pulling out an item somewhat like a top though with a longer handle, maybe a bit like the shape of a bottle, and holding it up. There was times that he made decisions based on such a method, though it had gotten him in trouble as well.
"Yet we can go your way as well," the storyteller would shrug, willing to go with either option.

Elf Bowman says...Out of Character: OK I guess my vision and danger sense revealed nothing for either of the passages so Hunter will just follow Ardo's lead as he only sees black?

The Watcher from the Aether says... The corridor to this room is stained with streaks of dark dried blood, as if dead or dying folk had been dragged down it. Jess lights a torch and uses it to search the area as she leads the party.
After about twenty feet it takes a jog and opens out into a good-sized room. A horrible sight meets your eyes as you look over the smashed remains of a crude barricade into what was apparently once a common area for the humanoids. Flies buzz as they crawl over the corpses of the women and children of the orc tribe, apparently massacred here with no way to escape. In addition to at least twenty adults and a dozen children who seem to lie where they fell, another twenty or so bodies, all male, are stacked to the side of the entrance - apparently slain elsewhere and then placed here by the victors. The ceiling of the room seems to be a dark mass that ripples as you watch it.

The orcs we see dead before us or whoever killed them… this looks like a slaughter. Men, women, children all were killed."

Out of Character: As an elf how far and with what detail can Hunter see in the dark?
