The Watcher from the Aether says... The three rats charge and are taken down in a flurry of arrows and hammers as well as Jonathon's rapier.
After a quick search, there is nothing to be found in the remains of the bed that the rats were using as a nest.

Elf Bowman says...Likewise Hunter recovers his arrows and then comments, "See, this place does not offer anything for us. We should burn it down." He then looks for agreement before determining if what he has already seen is flammable enough to make it happen.

The Watcher from the Aether says... The party heads back out of the caves. There doesn't seem to be anything flammable other than the corpses and they look like they'll take some effort to get burning.
Since it didn't take that long to explore this cave, the evening is still young as it is still within about an hour of the sun going down.
Those with infravision do not spot any activity in the valley.

Out of Character: Which map should I be looking at to know where we are? How far is the nearest unexplored cave?
