Cautiously entering the room, Rethal finds a sleeping hobgoblin on either side of the door as well as the third one at the opposite end of the room.
Rethal will quickly tie them up so they are not a threat. He will remove their weapons, armor and any treasure they have. He will make sure the others that were shot are dead or secure too. He will ask Jess to search the room for any other traps or hidden/secret doors.
Rethal will have the fallen comrades brought into the room where we can help them more.
Jess doesn't find any traps or secret doors. She's only able to confirm that there is, indeed, a door on the west wall, on the north end barricaded closed from your side.
Two of the hobgoblins have long bows and 10 sheaf arrows each. The other two have bardiche's and short swords. In addition you find 107 gp all together from the hobgoblin's belt pouches.
Both Grevase and Oberon come too after having their wounds bandaged and given some time to rest.
It's also worth noting that Oberon's armor was not damaged by the arrow that hit him in the chest. The damage was done by the blunt impact of the arrow against his armor and the transfer of momentum into his sternum.
Rethal will head over to the door. He will start to remove item from blocking the door. Then he stops. "Do we want to open this door or do wee want to go the other passage and see where the goblins came from?"

Aseneth replies, "Maybe we should take our friends, here, back to the keep. I don't know if they're able to go much longer without some additional help."
Gervase, getting to his feet says, "Hang on, I have something that can help." He then casts a Cure Light Wounds on himself and one on Oberon.
