"Delgar, check my backpack in the other room for a bag of berries. Once I push back this skeleton feed one to that fallen Halfling it will stabilize him." Ardo then charges the skeleton hoping to take him out with a mighty swing. "Blerred guide this blow so I can save a smith!"
Gabriel give a battle cry before swinging his morningstar at the undead with all his strength and determination, wanting to have this battle end before anyone else dies. He pushes back the pain of his wounds, his growing weariness, and any fear he has with try he courage to keep fighting.
Seventeenth and Eighteenth rounds.
Hunter, desperate to end this confrontation, swings at his opponent, but misses. Ardo also misses as he over-confidently attacks the skeleton. Even though his companions are dropping like flies, the skeleton doesn’t seem to care and doesn’t give any ground in the face of the charging Ardo. Delgar follows Ardo’s instructions and is ready to provide Davik a berry as soon as the opportunity presents itself.
Drethen attacks the same skeleton as Ardo and with the same result. It takes Gabriel charging in with his Morningstar to finally end the skeleton. With the skeleton out of the way, Jess pulls Davik from the fray while Delgar shoves the berry down his throat. (Davik is stable at 0hp)
The remaining bugbear takes out the zombie that he’s facing while the last zombie, possibly realizing his situation (?), takes a mighty swing at Hunter getting a lucky hit that almost stuns him (8hp).
In response, Hunter gathers his wits and is able to end the last zombie. It falls to the floor and silence engulfs the party.
Out of Character: When do I regain consciousness? Am I out of commission for the rest of the scouring of this temple?
What the undead all taken care of Gabriel falls to one knee and takes a number of deep, calming breaths. They had done it, there had been so many and yet they managed to finish the job with only one death. With this thought the paladin sighs, thinking of their fallen companion and taking a moment to mourn.
After a few minutes, he turns to Jude and asks in a serious tone, "When you have taken care of the others, I request some healing… Afterwards, I would like to speak with you." He felt there was an issue that had to be taken care of, before they face any more danger or were required to fight again.

“Well that was not as fun as the stories Grandpa told. Okay who has been wounded and how badly. Also let’s see whom has magical healing that can take care of their own wounds first.” Walking over to the downed Halfling Ardo pulls out his holy symbol and asks Bleredd for the power to heal. “Jude, do you still have access to healing spells today?”
Out of character: So I do not have to scroll back through lots of pages what are the current party’s total wounds? This way I can allocate my resources better.
