Gabriel doesn't get any additional bonuses just for being a Paladin.
You do get the additional +1 for the faerie fire, but I've been applying that by adjusting the creature's AC down one point.
For torches in melee, you would use a d20 to hit and a d6 for damage.
Out of Character: Oh thanks and those were very good D4 rolls although my second D20 was terrible. I will roll a couple of D6s now.
The creature recoils from Hunter's torch about as much as it recoiled from Drethen's continued attacks. The fire doesn't seem to be any more effective than steel.
Everybody else comes close, but are not able to effectively damage what seems to be a body made of jelly. (Davik: There is no backstabbing on this creature as it does not have a defined 'back', nor vital organs, as far as you can tell)
The creature responds by trying once again to touch Davik, but is unable to in all of the commotion.
Gabriel continue trying to hack at the thing with his sword, his attention focused on it though keeping an awareness of his companions nearby. He mutters, "Stay still! What are you made of?"
Davik swings again with his longsword, hoping that with all of the blows raining down on this thing, it must be nearly dead by now.
Out of Character: How long does Faerie Fire last? Should I throw some flour so when Faerie Fire fades, we'll still be able to see it? Edited: rossaldinho on 25th Aug, 2016 - 4:12pm
Ardo keeps swinging the mace at the tracker. "Just die now, just die now. This one is for Jess!"
Out of character: Faerie fire will last 16 rounds. Not sure if we need new rolls yet or are we going off of what we did earlier so we have at least 10 more rounds since I rolled 6 times.
Out of Character: Not sure how much health this guy has, but let me know when I should throw. I think my attack and damage rolls didn't register properly when I typed them in my last post. Here they are again. If they come up in the last post later, then we'll just say these are for the next rounds.
