Out of Character: : While I can see your point with most of that. I would make the argument that if something is sentient, has an intelligence and personality… Well I feel there's some leeway of consideration for intelligent items, even if such is artificial.
Thanks though for clearing this up.
Drethen simple states, We can skip the boxing room and continue the search of the rest of the house. Lets make sure we have exhausted the other possibilities before coming back here. There is magic at play and I would rather make sure nothing else is coming at us from behind."
Gabriel would consider the discussion going on before asking, "If we shall not go to the boxing ring, or the kitchen and dining room, should we perhaps focus on going where we have not?"
Also, looking to Davik he says, "If you almost beat the champion in the boxing ring, I feel perhaps that I may have a good chance of winning." The paladin was honestly fine with whatever the party chose, as long one was made.

Out of Character: Firs, as far as the armor is concerned, since Hunter doesn't want it I would say Ardo has first dibs on it and then Gabriel if he passes. Or, are you just carrying it with you without anybody actually using it?
In Character: As you stand around in the entry hallway trying to decide your next move, you notice some figures at the door staring at you. They appear human, but with the exception of instead of a human head, they have a cat head. As they observe you, you hear one of them yell, "They have the master's things! They must have killed the master! Get them!"
Needless to say, they charge through the doorway with the obvious intention of getting revenge for their master.
Hunter, "Oh look what you all brought with your delaying and messing around with those rooms."
Hunter starts shooting with his bow so he gets in a few before they even reach him.
