"So it appears blood is thicker then water," Gabriel says as he looks to Simon, drawing his morningstar and preparing for battle as he calls to the two, "We were not looking for a fight, all we seek is to escape." The paladin was disappointed with a betrayal, but perhaps he shouldn't be surprised..
The paladin will move to attack the nearest skeleton dressed in monk robes before continuing, "Is that not what you and your family want, to escape this cursed existence and find freedom?" Gabriel will not know if his words will mean anything, but first also go to turn undead.
Hunter is furious about the betrayal of this man and immediately aims for his head in the first as he shouts, "Get Charles!"
OocAlthough arrows may not workout as well in this scenario he starts shooting.
Seeing the host of undead coming at the party, Gabriel brandishes his holy symbol and confidently commands the skeletons to turn back. Nine of the skeletons stop in their tracks and quickly turn and run for the door on the north wall seemingly unable to get through it quickly enough.
Hunter fires two arrows at Charles who is already in the midst of chanting and flailing his arms calling forth the arcane magic to use against the party. Both arrows hit and it disrupts Charles spell as well as causes him to scream out in pain.
Simon finishes his spell and touches Drethen. Drethen feels an immense pain as his flesh is ripped apart where Simon touched him (Cause Serious Wounds 7hp). In retaliation, Drethen strikes at Simon hitting him with his first attack, but Simon manages to dodge the second.
The last remaining skeleton approaches Gabriel. As it does Gabriel notices that this is no ordinary skeleton. Striking out from the folds of the robe it wears, two more skeletal arms appear as all four arms of the creature attack Gabriel. The first hand claws at the seams of Gabriel’s armor tearing into his flesh (11hp) but, luckily, the other three arms have no effect.
Gabriel retaliates with Fuascailt and manages to crack some of the bones of the creature, but not enough to slow it down. Hunter fires off two more arrows as Charles begins chanting once again. The first arrow flies wide causing Charles to flinch but the second arrow hits its mark as Charles stops chanting and drops slowly to the ground.
Simon, feeling the pressure from Drethen feels that trying to cast another spell may be futile if Drethen is able to hit him and disrupt his casting. So, instead he opts to swing his mace but the weapon bounces harmlessly off of Drethen’s stout armor. In Drethen’s counter attack, he’s once again able to hit the cleric with his sword causing another deep gash in the man’s flesh.
The four armed skeleton strikes again at Gabriel. Once again he hits with only one of his arms barely scratching the Paladin (2hp).
After two rounds of combat, only the four armed skeleton and Simon are left to oppose the party while Ardo, Davik and Delgar all cower from the Simon and the four armed skeleton.
Out of Character: : Please include at least one saving throw in your combat actions should Simon get off a spell.
Hunter says, "Good riddance" as Charles drops. He then focuses his attack on Simon.
Out of Character: I was actually attacking Simon first in revenge for the betrayal but this works too.
As soon as the battle is over Hunter will search Charles.
Ardo looks at the chaos realizing all in this place are against him. He tosses Ralph to the floor and brandishes his Mace and steps forward into combat. "Simon your death is now inevitable. We came in peace yet you have proceeded to attack us."
Out of character: Sorry for the delay was busy this weekend,.

Using all his might in swing Fuascailt with a whisper Gabriel asks that the morningstar strikes true. He feels the pain of claws though only the first was truly danger though given how badly it hurt the paladin knew he had to end this quickly.
With his shield raised, he tries to fend off the claws and maneuvering to be able to push more forcefully against the skeleton with four arms with his turn undead, as he calls upon his god's name and have his will press against the undead. There was concern though of what may happen more then one claw to hit fully.
