As the party attacks, the man lets go of the two-handed sword and it clatters to the ground. In one swift motion, he pulls the long sword from his belt and begins fighting with a smile on his face.
Drethen gets in the first attack managing to strike the huge man with his sword. His blade leaves a red gash that appears to quickly heal itself leaving not even so much as a scare to indicate that he'd ever been wounded in the first place. Likewise, Hunter's arrows find their mark but also seem to skip harmlessly off of his bare skin.
Ardo, caught off guard, is unable to even make contact with his mace.
While Gabriel continues to try to find a way to reason with the man, he returns the favor to Drethen. But, he only manages to nick Drethen in return (4hp damage).
Hunter assessing that the giant was true to his word about his neck says, "We need to sever his neck!" hunter drops his bow and pulls his sword hoping that its special ability to cause damage once hit will work. Hunter fights aiming always for his neck.
Out of Character: Using the +1 sword of wounding. His aim is for his neck, I do not know if special rolls are needed but please roll for me if below isn't good enough.
"He seems to have some sort of regenerative ability," Gabriel calls to his companions as he notes the red gash left by Drethen heal. He will also ask the giant, a little confused by his smile, "Was it a battle you wanted or an aided suicide?"

"Anyone thinks for us to damage him we have to use the sword?" Ardo keeps on attacking with his mace.
Out of character: My apoligies I do not think I hit the word limit when I hit post.
The man doesn't respond to Gabriel as he is now focused on the battle at hand.
As everybody focuses on hitting the man around the neck, Drethen's hits leave a similar mark or red that quickly disappears when he hits the man, even around the neck.
Hunter strikes the man with his Sword of Wounding and the gash in the man's neck stays open long enough to leave a long trickle of blood running down his neck. He reaches for the wound holding his hand to his neck as he looks genuinely surprised that Hunter was able to hurt him. Well, leave a little bit of damage before it appears to heal away, anyway.
Growling in either glee or anger, it's hard to tell which, the man attacks Hunger with his long sword striking him (7 HP damage).
Drethen listens to Ardo and will kick the giants sword to the side. He will disengage by stepping backwards while fighting to be able to equip the two handed sword. Once he has done that he will step back into the fray. He will not have any bonuses besides his strength bonus to attack with a two handed weapon.
Hunter is equally surprised about his sword doing so little damage despite being a direct hit. He tries to quickly observe the two handed sword the giant put aside and wonders if it is what is needed to cut the neck of the giant.
Out of Character: I guess there are enough rolls so is Hunter able to get to that sword and would he be able to wield it?
Guys, what about if we let that lizard in here? There must be a trick to this.
