Gabriel had agreed to take watch for part of the time, yet still made sure to get a full rest for what may appear ahead. Looking to Drethen, he asks, "So how are you feeling? My apologizes for not getting to you sooner my friend."
After Drethen is back on his feet and everybody is rested, Hunter begins inspecting the doors in the hallway. He is unable to find anything unusual or interesting about any of them.
None of them seem to be locked.
Being closest to the southern door, Drethen opens it to find a room that contains a number of large metal vats and cauldrons, some of which contain irridescent, frothy liquids. Magical symbols are engraved on each vat and cauldron. There are many tables and shelves holding flasks and vials of various liquids, solids or powders. Standing in a silent row against the east wall are four human-like beings. All are naked, though two hold short swords.
"This doesn't look good and I feel unless we want to fight right now we need to close the door keeping in mind they will likely have magic, lots of it." He takes two steps back but waits to see what the others are doing.
Ardo walks up to Drethen and then shuts the door. "I don't like that door. Nude people with weapons can never be a good omen. Let's try this other door." I then walk to a different door and open that one.
Heading to the north door, Ardo opens it to find a long hallway, about fifty feet in length, that turns sharply to the east.
With the door open, you can feel cool air streaming out of the hallway into the small chamber that you're in.
