In response to Gabriel's question about staying out of trouble and what laws to follow she responds, "Don't do noth'n wrong. What do I look like, a scholar?!?"
You spend the rest of the day resting, relaxing, and getting familiar with your surroundings and these new people around you.
The day goes by without any additional drama and you notice that although the majority of the people are not carrying weapons or wearing armor, there are a few to the point that you don't stick out, too much.
You wake the next morning refreshed and relaxed and ready for a new day.
"Well gentleman, I do not think there is anyway to purchase a map, I am goingto eat breakfast and ask if there is an area called Sylaire or Malachie and maybe we can start looking that way." Ardo will go down for breakfast and quietly ask the maid and barkeep if they have ever heard of these towns names.
Ardo is able to confirm from the barkeep what Hunter had learned the previous evening. Sylaire is a town about 60 miles east of the tavern.
He's never heard of a town named Malachie, but that sounds more like a person's name than a town. Not to say one doesn't exist, but that's as far as he knows.
You also gather that anybody who would make maps and sell them could only be found in one of the larger towns, Vyones being one of them.
"So gentleman it seems nothing will be close. Maybe we can find some horses to purchase and try to either go to a larger city and purchase a map of the area or head to Sylaire?"
"I say with continue looking for a map, as well perhaps purchase a few horses if we are able," Gabriel says, considering what they might do, before adding, "Though perhaps also see if the locals need any help with anything. It could open doors and well allow us more information before rushing off." The paladin offers a sheepish look, unsure if anyone might find the latter suggestion helpful.

Hunter says, "Horses will be good, I can't imagine walking 60 miles right now and not evem know if we are heading in the right direction."
Hunter also decides to ask the tavern keeper about what equipment for a long travel could be purchased mostly to see what is available and if there are unique items sold in this place that may unusual or unknown.
