Ardo leaves his horse with Gabriel for a second and dons his Cloak of Elvinkind and makes sure to head in the opposite direction of Hunter to also get a better look at this tower and clearing though he won't approach it.
The paladin ties up Ardo's horse and his as well, and watches as his companion dons a cloak and goes to take a better look at the tower. Gabriel as well looks up to the tower, focusing to see if he might sense any evil coming from it though the man admitted that he may be too far away and perhaps even focusing on too wide of an area.
Hunter and Ardo move out into the clearing carefully moving from cover to cover as they work their way towards the tower.
Drethen and Gabriel watch from the edge of the dense foliage through which they came. Even though he tries, Gabriel is unable to get a feeling from the tower or anything in-between.
After a few minutes of carefully moving towards the tower, Hunter arrives unharmed at the tower door. The door itself is ten feet wide and about 15' high. Based on the window placement in the tower, it appears to be about three stories tall.
The tower itself appears to be about 100' in diameter.
As Ardo catches up to Hunter, the tower door cracks open down the middle. The two 5' halves swing just slightly outwards, almost as if inviting you to open them further and enter.
Ardo looks at Hunter then back at his companions and motions them to move forward. While waiting for his companions to approach. Once they get close Ardo casts a protection from evil spell on himself.
"It appears we will need to get closer," Considering the doors which opened suspiciously, Gabriel asks his companions, "Shall we enter? We were hoping to speak with whoever is in the tower, but we could also be running into a trap."
Yet seeing Hunter enter he follows, realizing that the decision had already been made perhaps for a few before Gabriel says softly as he follows, "Careful now, we won't know what we will find in here." The paladin was uncertain, but will trust that things will work out.
