Oberon fights valiantly against the zombies, his axe swinging in almost every direction. He's able to destroy one zombie and badly injure another. But, two are still able to penetrate his defenses (4hp).
Rethal also bobs and weaves. He's not able to land a solid blow against the zombies. But, he's also not hit by any of them, either.
Thane damages one and takes the head clean off of another, causing it to crumble to the ground where it stood.
Ardo swings his hammer and takes out a damaged zombie next to him, but the remaining zombie is able to land a superficial hit on him (1 HP).
Delgar uses his sling and sends a sling bullet whistling past the head of another zombie, just missing it.
Out of Character: I should have some D20s in the waiting so I will ride with those.
In Character: Thane shoots his arrows like a pro knocking off zombies with accuracy. "This is all target practice guys."
Out of Character: : Thane, I need more rolls as every consecutive '20' rolled gets added into the same attack. So your three '20's all went into one attack. If there is no roll after a 20, I'm just doubling damage.
Delgar will keep shooting bullets at zombies and keep moving back towards the opening. He will take a quick look to make sure nothing else is coming up the path.
Out of Character: OK that's a cool way to do it. I will add some more rolls then and my actions are the same. I think I put the wrong die for damage, please roll that for me.

Well I will keep on fighting and swinging hoping to not become a zombie by hitting wounded ones first that thane has plugged.
