Delgar will follow in as well "Give me your torch ardo so you can help pull thane out" Delgar will stand there with both torches watching to the cave entrance to make sure nothing comes in behind us. "One of you fighters keep an eye out while the other helps ardo get thane out"
It doesn't take a lot of effort to get Thane out of the pit. The rope is sufficient and Thane nimbly climbs up.
You notice that the passage to the east slopes upwards slightly. The passage to the west appears to be normal...
Out of Character: : How big is the pit, can we jump across or do we need so some sort of bridging?
Ilthin moves up to the edge of the pit, his shield at the ready in case spears or arrows come flying.
"Are you okay thane that looked like a nasty fall" Delgar hands ardo back his torch and slowly edges his way along the edge of the pit trying to stay quiet he will not move too far past the pit so as not to shine his light too far down the passages
The passage that leads to the east has a slight slope up and turns due east so you can only see so far. The passage to the west seems to turn into a larger room, but you can't really see too much of it. (See updated map, don't forget to refresh the browser)
Out of Character: What about that creature we arrow-ed to death?
In Character: Thane gets out of the pit shaking his head. He lets out a few expletives about his lack of judgement and then looks to gain composure after admitting the fall caused him a lot of damage. He checks out both passageways for traps first.
