Delgar is happy ardo made it out of the cave alive "Well I guess everything knows we are here now" Looking around he half expects to see eyes looking directly at them from every cave "As soon as it is clear I suggest we quickly get back in the cave I am feeling a bit exposed out here in the open" He will light up that torch he had retrieved and hand it to ardo once he is ready to stand
The group gathers their things and head back into the cave. This time, they head east up the sloping passage.
As you reach the bend in the sloping passage, some of you can see a large object ahead and everybody can hear an ominous rumbling. Those with infra-vision can make out a large boulder the size of the corridor rolling down the corridor at you.
It's time to think fast, because the boulder doesn't look like's it's slowing down for anybody.
(The characters are at the 'C' on the map. The boulder is at the 'B' and picking up steam.)
Out of Character: : Not sure if my Running Skill helps here or not
Ilthin turns with the rest of the party and hustles down the corridor. Since he is running when he gets to the pit, rather than try and make the sharp turn he leaps over the pit, and turns to help any of his team mates that need it.
Thane sighs. "Are these merely caves or a mage's hideout? What will come next?" He says while going bacl outside and away from the mouth of the cave in case the boulder comes that way. "Maybe it will fall in the pit".
Delgar turns to run as well with his comrades "What hell is this place trolls and traps everywhere" Be an adventurer sure what could happen you will get rich and powerful. Looking back while he runs is it too big to fit in the pit trap if so maybe the pit is the safest place.
Knowing that the pit is there, it's not difficult to avoid the boulder or the pit. Some of you cut it a little close getting out of the way, but the boulder eventually bounces into the pit and settles there.
