This is a case that intrigues me. Little Deorr Kunz Jr allegedly went with his mother, father, great-grandfather and a friend of the great-grandfather to this very remote campsite in Idaho, more than 10 days ago. The parents decided to explore and left him with the great-grandfather, they state that they returned within 15 minutes and they couldn't find him. Great-grandpa says that he thought the child was with the parents, it seems like he wasn't informed that he was supposed to babysit. There are a few inconsistencies and I don't know, the whole thing smells fishy specially because vanished and left no trace behind, no prints, no clothes, nothing.
The concerning part is that this campsite is practically in the middle of no where and the parents themselves stated that before going there they were concerned about their son because there is a steep drop down to a creek, NOT safe for a toddler.
I don't know, any thoughts?

Comments: How come Deorr's mom doesn't have custody of her children? Because she has 2 kids from a previous relationship and before anyone wonders why I ask this is because I want to know their background so we can find out what happened with this little baby.

Comments: I don't know how the fact that she doesn't have custody of her other children is relevant to this case. There is a little boy missing and we need to find him!

Comments: I just watched the interview with the friend of great-grandpa and he comes across as odd almost in a disable-sort of way I just don't understand why these parents left the little boy in the care of a man who cannot even take care of himself and in the company of a guy with a criminal record! What were they thinking?
This is getting weirder by the minute!

Comments: This is a comment to the poster named "Stranger" It is relevant because it could help the investigation. What about if she lost custody because of drugs or abuse or anything? We don't know and I think it is very relevant in a case where a toddler goes missing with FOUR adults around. It is insane.
Oh my goodness I have been following this case from the start and I just don't know what to say, I mean I feel bad for the parents but at the same time they don't give me a good vibe at all.
In the interview, the boy's mom kept looking at her husband for approval and the husband spent the first few minutes just talking about everything else but his son!
Then the inconsistencies about the 911 call, who was watching the baby, the weird reactions on Facebook. I mean your baby is missing and you are posting random stuff on FB?
I am just uh you know? Law-enforcement couldn't find anything even after using the most sophisticated equipment!
Something is wrong, very wrong.

It could be that something happened to child and did not originate from the campsite, maybe the whole camp thing is a hoax to cover what really happened and misdirect the police search.

Comments: Krusten you might be up to something there. I don't know how to put it but all the people involved in the case are just strange to put it lightly. The mom just posts on FB and shares things so unrelated to disappearance of her child, dad in that interview spoke so much and tried too hard, the friend well...something isn't right with the friend and the great-grandfather apparently too sick mentally and physically to talk at all.
And now all of them except the grandpa are "Persons of interest" Just because they were in the campsite.
