Fighting Among Native American Nations
Considering that many of the original Natives of America fought against other nations with America for control is it fair to say that the White man took their land if they also fought others for it?

This is an argument I've heard before. The problem was the most deaths did not come from fighting but from introducing old world diseases into the new world. Thing is if it wasn't the Europeans it would have been someone else eventually.
