The Oreo cookie is an American favorite, whether drenched in milk chocolate, loaded with extra creamy filling or dipped in a glass of milk. Now the cookie is headed overseas to Britain. Nabisco hopes it will please the British palate and do well in the foreign market. But will the cookie sandwich survive the tea-time test?

I hope it does. Oreos are one of my weaknesses. I love to eat them most of the time. I usually have a jar full of them on my desk along with a jar full of bite sized snickers.
