I'm a Generation Y guy (Born in '83). I have served in the Navy (Active duty) and the Army (National guard), have a bachelor's and associate's in business administration, certificates in administration, management, and marketing, and a concentration in financial services. I earned a 3.97 GPA (Never say someone in a story acted unethically until you find out if it was the professor or not - they will prove to you how unethical they are). I was a 19 year old E-5 and surface warfare supervisor. I was placed in charge of millions of dollars of equipment and was responsible for the lives of 30 fellow sailors. Yet, according to employers, I have no experience and am not qualified or I am over-qualified. I can't even get a job at the local Wal-Mart. These people infuriate me.
