The situation: The Southwestern College board president acknowledges that a trustee and a high-ranking administrator are in a dating relationship. The trustee has voted to raise the administrator's salary. The administrator owns a car registered to the trustee.

College Dating Staff

I think it is great they are dating but she should not be on the board of trustees or he should not be a member of the administration. There is a ethical code that one should abide by and having a situation like this goes against that code. Hopefully something can be worked out.
