The Repentant Soldier says...Alexi initially freezes when he hears the loud snore, then he does his best to creep forward without making too much noise despite his armor. Sword drawn, and shield up, Alexi remains alert to his surroundings.

Circling round the tree, the four of you spot a goblin. The runtiest snallest goblin you have ever seen, with the exception of his head, it is probably two or three sizes for his small body. Brennic you manage to trip over an exposed root and your weapon clatters into some of your exposed armor.
The goblin snaps striaght up! "Wah! Ohdearohdearthebossisgoingtokillmewaaaaaaaaaa" (Spoken in Goblin) He begins to run for it deeper into the forest.

Aerendyle has been watching the goblin like a cat and when it starts running he immediately makes some well practiced gestures with his right hand. Weeds and thick vines start springing up ahead of the goblin, twisting and grabbing.
[Aerendyle casts entangle, if the goblin is within 90ft it must make a strength check against spell save DC 13 or be restrained]

Brennic curses at his clumsiness and wastes precious seconds regaining his balance. During that time he notices the small size of the creature. He remembers hunting small birds as a boy, how one bird would fly off in a random direction while the rest snuck away.
"Careful. There may be more of them."
Brennic moves forwards cautiously looking for where the others may be hiding.

The Repentant Soldier says...Alexi resists the urge to chase after the goblin, knowing that he is too weighed down by his armor and gear to likely catch the small creature. Instead, Alexi moves up along Brennic with weapon and shield at the ready scanning the surroundings for a possible ambush.
