Medicine Be Exercise Can

Exercise is important but not as much as correct eating. I've seen people who loved to exercise but they ate junk food diets. In fact the reason they exercised was so they could eat more junk food. The result was they were moody and sick because they were exerting their body but not replacing it with nutrients.

Can Exercise Be A Medicine? Health & Special Psychology

Know your body, heart, mind, and spirit.

Pay attention to things physically as you nurture yourself, mentally, socially, and spiritually.

Maintaining balance in all four areas (Physical, mental, social/emotional, abd spiritual) will help you as an individual remain healthy, stable, and strong.

Exercise, done properly, along with a steady and stable diet, will provide most of the physical balance one needs in their day to day living. Other things to consider here, are rest and relaxation, or how we sleep and play.
