Adding A Pool To Increase Property Value - Page 2

In Ontario pools depending on the year can decrease you property value. This is becoming even more in the last few years as our population is turning into empty nesters and retirees who have little interest in such items.

With the smart metering and the increase it will bring in operating these items I think it will be become an even bigger negative. I find more people look for hot tubs or steam rooms. Aches and pains rule the day I guess.
