A case like this shows how unfair the justice system can be. Instead of getting justice some are condemned and are dished out injustice. It also shows how important it is to not be 'known' as a criminal element. This man's petty crimes caused him to 'fit the build'.

That is a terrible thing to happen to this man and he died in a bad way. All the lawyer could do is say 'sorry'? I want to believe there is something in place for wrongful convictions, the least of which he could have sued the state!
