Baron Gaden Baenre
Character looks good. You're approved to join the Main Thread. Because the ship has yet to leave we can work your character in easily enough I think. Assume that your character had some business to attend to on Regina before joining the others; he will arrive and join the others around 0700hrs on 003-1115 since the ship will not be loaded and ready to leave until then.
In the meantime you can post about any business that Gaden needs to attend to at the Orbital facility. He would have access to most services and can purchase most equipment though weapons and armor will generally be 150% to 200% above base price and tech above level 12 may also be more expensive. Otherwise assume that whatever equipment you want to purchase is available at list price; you can reference the Core Book if you have access to it or the Traveller Wiki for prices (Link is in the opening post of the Main Thread).
You can also gain up two skill points by developing connections with the other player characters in your background; you would post details about those connections in this thread and they would need to be confirmed by the other player. I will give you until Friday (December 11) to do this after which all connections should be finalized.

We do have room for one more. The character looks good at first glance but in order to make sure the crew has necessary skills I will have you add Sensors/1 and Comms/1 to your characters skills as well. As a former scout it should be easy enough to explain the acquisition of those skills during character creation.
I did come up with different numbers for your skills though:
Pilot (Spacecraft) 3
Survival 1
Mechanic 0
Astrogation 0
Comms 0
Gun combat 0
Recon 3
Stealth 1
Diplomat 1
Computers 0
Engineer 0
Vacc suit 0
Then add:
Comms 1
Sensors 1.
