This is The Cynic, over... In Character: : Maiokus continues patrolling the perimeter of the Wildcard with bearing in mind Gaden's instructions. He periodically checks his rifle to make sure it will be ready in case he needs it. He keeps an eye out for any suspicious activities.
Out of Character: : Enerii perhaps we could use them for ourselves.

The Referee relays... "Oh the tracking device" the man speaking with Silver says, "Yeah, if that exploded it wasn't due to any booby trap we put on it; more likely incompetence on the part of your crew. If your man is injured, that's not our doing. At any rate."
The man begins to stand up as the guards approach, his hand going behind his back "You want to help the GTC destroy us; you don't leave much of a choice do you?" he reaches behind his back and underneath his shirt producing a snub pistol from the waistband of his pants, roll your initiative Silver! (Roll 2d6 and add or subtract your Dexterity modifier).
Out of Character: : The mechanics rolls were intended for repairing the hand computer, personal comms, and Krakrefr's drone, not the tracking device, although if you wanted to attempt to repair the tracking device I suppose you could. Also, the EMP was not an explosion of any kind; if you read my post it simply says that there was a crackling noise, smoke rose from the device, and then your electronic equipment stopped working, but there was no explosion or concussion that would have caused injury to anyone.
I will need everyone else to roll initiative as well please. Gaden is probably in the best position to make a Recon roll with Shuth assisting. You would both gain the +1DM to your rolls as a result of Gaden's successful tactics roll.
Silver does have his snub pistol with him as well; I think standing and producing the weapon at the same time would count as a minor action and attacking would be a significannot action so you would be able to do both in one round. If Silver is going to stand and fight please provide me with several attack rolls.

Silver knows the situation wasn't going to improve before it got worse. As the Tail Lead stands, Silver flips his wrist to activate his fold sword which should open under the Tail Leader's nose.

Rebel over... I'm assuming Njall is outside the ship, with non-functional laser pistol, IR goggles and comms but with his rifle and telescopic sight ( and no spare ammo beyond its load ). I also assume that he was retrieving any of the Repair robot units that were taken out by the EMP - unless Enerii already has that in hand.

The Referee relays... Silver's fold sword opens up just beneath the mans nose causing him to stumble backward and trip over the chair (Giving him a -2DM to his attack), he pulls the trigger and the shot goes wide striking a young woman in the shoulder causing her to cry out in pain and surprise before tumbling to the ground. The scene erupts in chaos as people attempt to flee the food court!
Shouts of shock and fear fill the air, some people run while others attempt to hide under tables or behind counters or pillars. The man tries to right himself after stumbling over the chair but a round from one of the guards catches him in the abdomen causing him to pitch forward only to be caught by a second round from the other guard, this one striking him in the upper right part of his chest. The man cries out, clutches at the wound then falls back onto the ground. A pool of blood begins to form around him as he lies eyes closed and motionless.
Silver sees the other two tails draw snub pistols as well and exchange fire with the guards while attempting to withdraw from the food court. Meanwhile back at the Wildcard the scene erupts there as well. Gaden, Njall and Shuth can hear the gunfire over their comms but Krakrefr and Enerii only observe security personnel rushing away into the terminal, they do not hear the gunfire.
Gaden and Shuth observe two men dressed in dock worker apparel attempting to get into position behind a loader, each of them is armed with some form of compact sub-machine gun (Similar to an uzi).
Out of Character: : The EMP did not have a very long range, only Krakrefr and Enerii's electronics were effected. None of the repair bots were close enough to be effected; the same applies for Njall. The two approaching men's initiative will depend on Shuths assistance to the recon roll. If Shuth can bring the result up to 8 then they will start the first round at the bottom of the initiative order, otherwise their rolls (And their place in the intiative order) will apply to this round

With Tail Leader down, Silver triggers the Foldsword clossed and stores it away as he moves towards the lady who was shot. Before he approaches her, he flips on his comms with the Wildcard, "Silver here, status report."
Kneeling down near the woman, he makes an initial inspection of the wound while he begins treating her for shock by covering her with his jacket..
*Note to Ref* - When she fell, did she fall to her side, front or back.
Shouting over the chaos, Silver directs his comments at the civilians and bystanders, "Get down. Hide behind something. Parents wrap up around your children. Stay down."
Intelligence +2 or Education +1 - for Medic roll.
Social +1; Persuade +2 - for calming the civilians.
