In Character: Silver comes over the mic, "I say we prep a distress signal none the less. Send the moment they are on board."

"Ajit and Adeline stay on the bridge and secure the hatch. Shuth likewise stay in medbay secured."

"I will greet them at the hatch and escort them through cargo. Then we level them. Keep track of the body count and then we board them."

In Character: Ajit confirms his readiness, "Mayday heard and prepped, on your signal." He is prepared to relay whatever communication exchange is coming through everyone's mic. As soon as Marq confirms the boarding party is aboard, Ajit will send the distress signal.

Out of Character:The 'signal' doesn't have to be obvious. It can just be something like 'guest aboard, prepare the bridge' I don't know, but it seems natural to me that the greeting party would relay ahead to ensure 'smooth' exchange.

The Referee relays...

The ships link up and the two airlocks are linked up and those in the airlock area hear a loud hissing as the area is pressurized. Several tense minutes pass before the airlock’s iris valve opens revealing a female figure in a vac suit, behind her still witin the confines of the scout ship can be see two other figures using the walls for cover as they peer inside.

The woman has a pistol strapped to her right hip but otherwise appears to be unarmed. She stays close to the airlock opening, tense and apparently ready to dive back to the safety of her ship if need be.

“I don’t suppose I could have a word with whomever is in charge?” the woman says with thick ‘Russian’ accent, “and if you don’t mind, time is a bit of an issue. We pick up any form of distress signal from your ship and I’m afraid that is going to force us to expadite this little transaction, and that’s usually a fairly bloody afair. Something the old captain would like to avoid.”.

Silver stands in the airlock without a vacc suit and looks at the woman and the squeamish pair behind her. "I believe the lady captain informed you that we are an old transport ship hauling passengers. What might your captain's business be with us?"

With that Silver begins moving forward past where the others are hidden. Looking back he looks to the lady questioning, "When visitors come aboard The Wildcard they always greet the captain on the bridge. Come along, we mustn't keep her waiting. That would be rude, and we are all about being proper here."

Silver will wait for Gaden and Krakrefr to secure the airlock and take the party towards Maiokus and Njall before reaching the bridge.

Out of Character: When the time comes, Silver will attempt to disarm the lady and hold her at sword point while Njalls and Maiokus take care of the other two boardies.

This is Kanin, over...

Krakrefr locks the doors entering the engine room and opens the exhaust vents. "Engine room secured, I go for windowcleaning. Comms out.", he says to the crew dedicated comms, his voice a bit muffled from the Vacc suit.. He has rigged the system to not give alarm to the whole ship, but the corresponding emergency indicators, in the bridge, do light up. "Here we go… " he thinks and takes a big breath, the emergency lights highlighting his suit and visor.

He exits through the vents and closes the hatch behind him. He slowly manages his way to the back right side of the Wildcard, gripping the cranies of the superstructure. It feels a bit odd exiting from normal gravity in zero-g so abruptly, a feeling he never used to but he just copes with it. He takes low and calm breaths, and he glimpses the stars and the low light from the engine exhausts. When he turns he sees where the other ship is docked with the Wildcard and starts his way up to it. Slowly he manages to reach the glass of the other ship's bridge, just beyond the visual field of any crewman that may be still there.

He unfolds his backpack and puts the brick of plastic explosives just above the windows. He checks the placement and goes to a safe place from the blast, securing his footing and readies his LAScarbine. "I hope I am not too late… " he thinks. He speaks to the comms again "... 30 seconds!".

Out if Character: Fingers crossed to make all the checks!
Computers (To hack the doors locked and not showing the wide emergency on board, Dungeon Master choses the difficulty) +1 +1Int (Total 2)

The Referee relays...

“I’m going to have to insist that you throw down any weapons that you and the other crew members may have first” with a flick of her wrist she motions for the two men behind her to move forward and they do so with what appear to be shotguns aimed at Silver.

“Up against the wall!” one of them demands; one covers while the other pats Silver down (Assuming Silver makes no attempt to resist).

“I’m afraid we’re not going to be doing this on your terms…we’re not so much visitors at this point, more like new owners coming to inspect our newest acquisition. “ the woman continues “this is a Type A Free Trader so let’s have the crew gather in the cargo bay, which you claim is empty. This would include your lady captain. Also might be a good idea if you go ahead and lock down your passengers…wouldn’t want any of them wandering out of their room and getting hurt now would we? And make sure the crew is unarmed; John and Crowley here are a bit skittish.”

Krakrefr slips out of the hatch; lights and klaxon alarm goes off in engineering but not ship wide. Krakrefr manages to make his way over to the other ship, as he goes he can see that she is not unlike the Wildcard in that her hull appears to be filled with pock marks and dents along with some rust and chipped paint. She is definitely old but still appears functional enough. There is a turret mounted on the top of the ship that is currently aimed in the Wildcard’s general direction.

Krakrefr places the charge on the glass; looking in he can’t get a good enough view to see if anyone is inside at this point.

Out of Character: : I will give everyone a chance to react to the current situation before the charge goes off.

Out of Character:I don't want to jump the gun, but I also don't want to hold anything up after the action starts to flow. If Silver radios for everyone to join him in the cargo bay, then Ajit will know something is wrong because they were supposed to be 'brought' to the bridge. As such, he will grab his laser rifle and head to the cargo bay. I will come post more of his actions, but just as a general heads up. I am not going to try to anticipate Silver's choices, but pretty much anything else will involve Ajit staying on the bridge waiting for a signal and ready for action if anyone comes unexpectedly through the door.
