Ajit lets Njall know that he is available and willing, he just needs to know what is a priority for the crew. With his engineering background, he feels that he can help with whatever the most difficult job is going to be.
Shuth
As it stands now you have three people in your sick bay. The auto doc can attend to one and you could easily apply first aid to Karen, but you’ve identified that Crowley is going to need surgery. Silver is stable and will need long term care to fully recover; the same would apply to Karen.
From your post I’m going to figure that Crowley is the one utilizing the bed and that you are going to be elbow deep in surgery with him while Karen is sedated in the chair and Silver would likely be taken to his state room where he is sedated as well. Is this correct?
Maiokus
Karen looks to you, eyes heavy as the docs sedatives take effect “The Captain was a retired Scout, as far as I know it was his ship though he didn’t own it outright. We tried to go legit; trading, hauling freight, that kind of thing. Couldn’t keep up with the payments though. I still had some contacts from my former life who were willing to pay good credits for stolen goods.”
Karen sighs and winces in pain “I wanted to hit the Mega Corps like old times, but you and I both know they keep pretty decent security on their ships anymore. Tramp traders were easy targets. The risk was greater coming into a heavily populated and patrolled system like Alell, but then the reward tend to be greater too, and the traders are usually unarmed. The Wyvern’s speed and maneuverability gave us a pretty good edge, especially up against your standard Free Trader, as long as we picked our targets carefully” with that she chuckles and gives a wry smile.
Shaking her head he whispers “Ah, Maio, always messing things up…” and then she nods off and falls asleep.
Njall
Even with the repair bots you seriously doubt that you would be able to dismantle the sensors in two and half hours, though you may be able to take enough of it to use for spare parts and maybe be able to make a repair roll that can mitigate or eliminate some of the penalties that you currently have on repair checks involving sensors. Currently you have a -3DM on all repair checks (-1 for age of the ship and -2 for the botched roll) related to sensors but with the spare parts you may be able to eliminate or reduce the penalty that you received from that botched roll.
The turret you could probably get dismantled just in time if you do not attempt to take the sensor system and can successfully roll an Engineering (Electronics) test. If you roll a failure though I will give you a choice between having the Imps show up before you can get it fully dismantled and put into the Wildcard’s hold OR getting the turret but your tampering creates a fault in the targeting system and any attacks made with the turret would take a -1DM (This would not be able to be repaired).
Gaden
The pirates comply with your commands and you are able to lead them to one of the staterooms and secure them (I’m assuming this is one of the available staterooms on the Wildcard).
In Character: : Maiokus sighs and looks to Shuth, "Give us a holler if you need anything." He claps the doctor on the shoulder in friendship.
Into his throat mic, "Alright guys, we got limited time. Ajit and Njall, start working on getting that turret salvaged. Krakrefr, see if you can hack the Scout's logs to scrub our new found passengers. I'll try to assist from another terminal on the scout. Gaden, can you update the manifest to put our new passengers on it? Adelaine, let us know if anything changes from the bridge."
Maiokus heads back to the scout to locate the nearest terminal. He then tries to hack in to give Krakrefr a hacking assist.
Out of Character: : Hacking assist +1 INT +0 Computers.
Hearing Maiokus' orders, Ajit snaps to work and meets up with Njall to start working on dismantling the turret together. With his experience, Ajit feels confident they can get the job done, and thinks Njall could take the lead, but quickly realizes he has much more experience with the electronics when they start. So Ajit takes the lead and gets Njall to assist him as they hurry.
Out of Character: I see that Ajit have Engineering (Electronics)-1 and Njall has Engineering (JDrive)-1, so I am assuming Ajit should take lead and let Njall assist. I'll make the roll and if we want something different, we can change it.
Njall acts under Ajit's direction to assist him in dismantling the turret. The actual removal will have to wait until all non-EVA equipped persons have left the drive corridor and sealed the hatches.
Rolling to assist Ajit, Engineer 0, +1 from Dexterity. Does the 'bot need a roll, or does it just add 1 to our task resolution?

Working together and with the Repair bot Njall and Ajit are able to effectively dismantle the turret from the scout ship and find that they have enough time to mount it onto the Wildcard if they choose to; however they will not have time to actually install the competent. They could also choose to store the turret in the cargo hold until they have a chance to actually install it.
Maiokus attempts to assist Krakrefr in hacking into the scouts terminal, but it is no good. The ships main computer's encryption and security is too tight. Adeline's voice comes over the comms
"Hey guys, time to wrap things up in there, we have a patrol craft incoming ETA thirty minutes!"
Out of Character: Not that I think it will make much of a difference, but I forgot to add Ajit's Int bonus to the engineering roll, with and Int of 14, it would be another +2.
