General Support For The Scifi Role-playing Game Board

General questions with regards to a feature on this Board can be asked here. There may be more specific Threads to address your issue.

If your question is specific to Future Earth then please use the Future Earth Support Thread.

Tips to Play:

* If you want to play Traveller, Star Trek and so forth then look for a Thread called, "Create Character" And begin right away.
* JB's Future Earth is no longer available for Role-Play.

Small Update

Since this Board used to be mostly for Future Earth I will find small bugs that need to be corrected as we welcome in Traveller and other Science Fiction Role-Playing Games.

Today, I corrected the Avatar size and title of the GM. "Referee" Has now been added as this fits Traveller. I will need to add Avatars for Referees / Game Masters soon so theirs is unique.

Traveller Character Generator Button

A Referee brought it to my attention that the Text Role-playing Game Character Creator offers a MegaTraveller Generator and not one for the current Role-playing Game based on Mongoose. This has been changed so both Generator types are available.

Cosmetic Changes

* There was a mesh between Future Earth stats and Traveller in Posts - that has been removed.

* Traveller Threads now have a button at top called, "Traveller Main Role-playing Game " which essentially takes you to a page with only Traveller related Threads.

* Corrected the Familiar icon not showing on the Main Game.

Guardians Added

Just 3 to start but at least Players now have the option for a Guardian in the Science Fiction Role-playing Game section.

Gems and Symbols are now accessible via your Character Sheet. Note the requirements for Gems.

UPDATE: Weapon selections for Character Body now available.

Four new Guardians have been added that will broaden the availability of the kind of protection you choose for your Character.

More Scifi Sidekicks

The default Sidekick via your Character Sheet will now have no image rather than "Offline" which will have to be manually selected. Additionally, more options were added including: mechanical beasts, robots, various ATVs, etc.

Among the new ones you can access via your Character Sheet are: Samurai, Marine, Wings, Watcher, Fatale, Scorpion, Octopus and Flyer.
