Randy Horiuchi dies at age 61

Longtime Salt Lake County councilman and former chairman of the Utah Democratic Party Randy Horiuchi passed away Thursday. Acquaintances and political colleagues said Horiuchi was a dear friend and the 'life of the Democrat party.' Ref. Source 9g
