Aires Buenos Threatens Spill Oil
I do not understand why someone can not invent a skimmer to suck the oil off the oceans surface. Kind of like a vacuum that works on the same principal as a skimmer on a pool. I figure it would make these types of spills much easier to clean up and less damage to the environment.
