Health and Yourself Cook

I did the "Typical western diet" which is relative to the on in the US. When I started cooking at home, even when I did the same recipes, I lost weight. Even when ate larger portions.

I never eat outside food, I only eat what I prepare. That guarantees three things:

1. The preparation is hygienic and thus my food is free from ecoli, the residue of bad handlers, and aftermath of sneezes and coughs.

2. The ingredients are natural and not with a whole bunch of preservatives, sugar, hydrogenated oils, etc.

3. Its based on a science, I prepare the portion for nutrients rather than taste or sales gimmicks.

Cooking for yourself is the way towards health so long as you have first empowered your mind with what and how you should cook.
