Hurricane high-risk areas
Would you buy a house that is in a Hurricane high-risk area if you know the house would be cheap and easy to pay off? What about if it was the kind of house you always wanted?

For me no way I would intentionally buy in that kind of area ever. Please keep in mind we seldom even see a small twister here, so it would not be a sane idea to me. I realize you learn t live with many things though.

Hurricane High-risk Areas History & Civil Business Politics
If I could have a house on a island in the caribbean somewhere I would buy it. I would like to make sure it was built to withstand a hurricane. I know most people want that too. The main part is to make sure it is high enough to withstand the tidal flooding that a hurricane brings in.
