The number of U.S. Metropolitan areas with jobless rates above 15% increased in November, according to government figures released Tuesday, despite the biggest one-month drop in the national rate in more than three years. Ref. Source 9
Fox News is saying that thousands of unemployed citizens in the US are becoming so despondent about their efforts in finding a job that they just do not look anymore. It makes me wonder if it is because they cannot find a job or because they cannot find the job with benefits that they want.
